The goal of the Information Systems and Technology Team (IT) is to provide quality, cost-effective computer hardware and software support to the City of Coeur d'Alene employees. The team is responsible for determining automation needs; purchase of computers, peripherals, and software; installation of all hardware and software; limited personal computer training; providing troubleshooting and technical support to employees.
